Microsoft is facing to a big problem of Patent of Xbox platforms. Two of the them are Halo Games and Xbox Live Online gaming service. The company that claim of the patent is Paltalk Holding Inc. After studying, Microsoft allows two or more systems to communicate with each other and allows gamers to enjoy Halo multiplayer.

Microsoft is being sued by the online chat company Paltalk Holdings Inc. on Xbox and Halo first-person shooter games. Paltalk claimed the Xbox platform infringes two patents of Paltalk, they are Halo games and Xbox Live online gaming service. Paltalk demanded a monetary compensation from Microsoft of $ 90 million. The patent in suit are U.S. Patent Numbers 5822523 and 6266686.
Microsoft lawyer told the jury that these patents were Developed by MPath Interactive Inc. and acquired by Paltalk for less than $200,000. That is the reason why Microsoft on the defensive to complaint of this sued. “even if the jury agrees with Paltalk’s claim, the patents aren’t worth $90 million.” Said David Pritikin.
